The last supper Christ had was with all his 12 disciples in the upper room.  This story is mentioned in all 4 books of the gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.  The disciples had prepared what is known as Passover.  Christ blessed the bread he gave to his disciples and said eat, this is my body.  Then he took the cup and said drink, for this is my blood.

Luke 22:19 And He took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body which is given for you, do this in remembrance of me."
